“All women should have access to quality and affordable healthcare, particularly in Women’s Health. This is an area of Physiotherapy that needs more awareness in the community. I believe that with hard work and the right support, we can all become the best version of ourselves.”

Grace completed a Master of Physiotherapy from the University of Sydney alongside a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) from the Catholic University of Busan, South Korea. Grace has worked across diverse settings in Sydney and overseas including five years of hospital-based experience as a registered physiotherapist in South Korea specialising in neurological rehabilitation (Post stroke, Parkinson’s and other neurological conditions) and she possesses a strong clinical skillset in integrating Clinical Pilates, motor control principles, and PNF to address musculoskeletal, neurological, women’s health and NDIS client goals.
Grace’s dedicated clinical background is beautifully complemented by a ten-year career as a Pilates instructor in Australia. First introduced to Pilates in 2014 while working as a neuro physiotherapist, she was drawn to its core-focused “powerhouse” approach. After experiencing firsthand how movement analysis and coordination dramatically enhanced rehabilitation outcomes, she seamlessly integrated clinical movement quality into her patient care. Her journey through pregnancy and childbirth sparked a profound personal and professional interest in women’s health and lifespan healthcare. Recognising the critical role physiotherapists play in supporting individuals through unique life stages, Grace proactively expanded her private clinic repertoire to coach clinical Pilates for women’s health conditions, striving to continuously improve her clients’ long-term quality of life.
In her free time, Grace loves staying active and balancing her busy professional life by practicing Pilates to maintain her own physical strength and movement control. She also cherishes spending quality time with her family, especially bonding and sharing daily milestones with her young son.
